To meet and greet the client there is a fee of 20€ and departure inspection also 20€ duringoffice hours, it will be 40 € out of office hours. We arrange arrival cleaning and departure cleaning. Example for a 3 bedroom villa (normal size 150mbuild) - Arrival cleaning 60€ and Departure cleaning 90€

- 15% (450€)  - arrival cleaning 60€ - meet and greet 20€ - departure inspection 20 € - departure cleaning 90€  Total -640€

Received by the owner 2.360€.  All you need to do is check that the money has been transferred to your account.

The maintenance of the pool and the garden is not included in those fees. If you need help with those we can give you a quote after visiting your property.
